Justice’s standalone website experience is built around consent.

Visitors must know when they are having an informal conversation, when they are creating a documented record, and when their words may be reviewed, stored, emailed, or published.

No documented material should be published without explicit review and approval.

Off-the-Record Material

Visitors should be able to identify material as off the record.

Off-the-record material should not be used for public publishing, promotional use, or historical-record delivery unless the visitor later gives clear approval.

Email Delivery

Records, receipts, approvals, and follow-up messages should be delivered by email.

The website experience should not change Justice’s live receptionist training, voice, greeting, phone number, or personas.
